5. Brush Your Hair with Care
I'm not saying over brush your hair though.
We aren't Marcia Brady who brushed her blond hair 100 times every night.
Brushing the hair once or twice in the morning and once or twice at night will stimulate the circulation in your scalp, feeding the hair follicles and ensuring undisturbed hair growth.
However, when your hair is wet, never brush it.
That causes severe breakage, which ultimately foils hair growth.
Use a comb instead -- wide-toothed combs are fine, especially if you experience tangles.
