@Sheila, However Biotin is a is water soluble vitamin. If you eat a decent diet, you will consume an adequate amount of Biotin and the excess will just be excreted in urine.. making for expensive urine…

@Kelsey, but there are those of us that don’t consume a “decent diet”, so we do need the Biotin. We need any help to give us the healthy hair we want & need.

@Ginger Madden, I agree 110% here with Ginger, I am a mother of 3 that is ALWAYS on the go, we try to eat right but sometimes the faster the better, i take biotin and ...See more omega supplements, they work great, I also use a deep conditioner once maybe twice a week with keratin in it, and it is also a good idea after you shampoo and condition and are rinsing with warm water, you always splash it with COLd, it will close the pore in the hair and it will retain a lot of moisture, i am very “anal” about my hair and I do these things as a ritual, my hair is very thick, no frizz and strong and shiney

I really did damage to it, not too mention I didn’t even get the color I wanted, way to blonde. GRRR. Appreciate any and all tried and true advice.
