What is Matthew Gardson’s Method for hair regrowth?

Quite a few people have told me to try out matthew gardson’s Method, for preventing hair loss and for restoration of hair loss due to Androgenetica alopecia. Has anyone tried it, or knows what exactly it is? Here is the website: http://myhairway.com/ I won’t mind buying his e-book, but I just want to make sure it isn’t a scam and would like a sneak-peek.
Your opinions would be most appreciated.
