Coconut butter is fantastic for your body’s nutrition, and for your hair’s health. Like eggs, coconut butter is high in proteins and fatty acids, but it also reduces UV damage on your skin and hair. Massage about one tablespoon of room temperature coconut butter in your hands until it is malleable, then apply to hair just like you would a leave-in conditioner. This is great to do before or after a day at the beach and will leave hair smelling super yummy!
