3. Oils for Hair Growth

Coconut oil:

Warm the oil up and massage it into your scalp. Allow it sit overnight and then wash your hair the next morning. This should be done every time you wash your hair, or at least twice a week.

Vitamin E oil:

7-8 vitamin E capsules

Prick the capsules carefully and squeeze the oil out into a bowl. Massage this into your scalp and allow it to sit overnight. Wash your hair the next morning with a mild shampoo. This should be done twice a week.

Rosemary oil:

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp rosemary oil

Combine the rosemary and coconut oils together and rub this into your hair and scalp. Leave this on overnight and then wash your hair the next morning. You can also mix rosemary oil into your shampoo or conditioner. This should be done twice a week.

Argan oil:

Massage the argan oil into your scalp and the ends of your hair. Let it sit for an hour and then rinse your hair out. Do this once or twice a week.

Sage oil:

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp sage oil

Combine the sage oil with the coconut oil and then rub it into your hair and scalp. Allow this to sit overnight and then wash it out the next morning. This should be done twice a week.

Lavender oil:

Shower cap

2 tbsp coconut oil

3-4 drops lavender oil

Mix the lavender oil and the carrier oil together and massage it into your scalp.

Wrap your hair in the shower cap and leave it for an hour. Wash and rinse your scalp thoroughly. This should be done twice a week.

Jojoba oil:

2 tbsp carrier oil

1 tsp jojoba oil

Mix your carrier oil and jojoba together and apply to your hair and scalp. Leave this on overnight and then wash your hair the next morning. This can be done twice a week.

Flaxseed oil:

2 tbsp carrier oil

1 tsp flaxseed oil

Combine the oils together and then rub into your hair and scalp. Leave this on overnight and then rinse your hair out the next morning. This can be done two times a week.

Olive oil:

Hot water

Towel

EVOO

Warm the oil up and then massage it into your scalp. Soak a towel in some hot water and then wring it out. Wrap the towel around your hair and head for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse out your hair. This treatment can be done once every four to five days.

Castor oil:

Castor oil

Warm your castor oil up and run it onto your clean scalp. Wrap the hair with a warm, moist towel and let it sit for 20 minutes. This oil is sticky, so you can add a bit of lemon juice to make it easier to apply. This can be done twice a week.

Almond oil:

Massage the almond oil into your scalp. You should leave this on overnight and then rinse your hair the following morning. This can be done twice a week.
