# Having a Bad Hair Day? Try This High Messy Bun!

Messy buns are perfect for every occasion and every girl! The fabulous Bethany Mota shares her tips on how to achieve this adorable look. It's so much easier than it looks! Skip to 2:17 to get to the actual tutorial.

So here are the steps again:

## 1. Make a High Ponytail

Grab all your hair into a high ponytail and secure it with a hair tie. It doesn't really matter whether your hair is straight or curly, but personally I think wavy hair will add to the texture of your bun.

## 2. Tease and Wrap

Grab about 1-2 inch sections of your hair. Tease each section to add volume, then wrap it around your fingers until the ends are not visible and secure it at the base with a bobby pin. Continue to do it with the rest of your hair until you have a cute bun!

## 3. And Finally...

Finish it off with some hair spray. Pull out random strands of hair to make it look more messy. And you're done!
