As the leaves begin to change color, why shouldn't your hair follow their lead? It's always so much fun to revamp your wardrobe and appearance every year! Here's some of the most popular hair trends for this year's fall season:

## 1. Slate Grey

Though silver hair has been trendy in the past (think Kelly Osbourne and Nicole Richie), this darker shade is more of a modern take on it. It's perfect for the fall and will look great with dark makeup. In fact, Orange Is The New Black's Dascha Polanco just dyed her hair this color!

## 2. Sombre

If you want a subtle change this fall, go sombre. It's a more subtle take on ombre, if you were wondering. Celebs like Lucy Hale and Scandal's Kerry Washington have been seen rocking this style! It allows you to keep the transition between darker and lighter hair very gradual.

## 3. Platinum Blonde

Even though people tend to go darker in the fall, platinum hair is still a popular trend. It looks awesome with dark brows and dark lips - which just so happen to be some of fall's most popular looks. Celebrities like Rita Ora and Pia Mia have been seen with this style.

## 4. Braids & Twists

During NYFW, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Givenchy had their models wear two tight braids, while at Etro, models wore half-up half-down fishtail braids. Take notes, ladies! Start braiding!
