Flaxseed is one of the newer foods that people are buzzing about.

It contains fiber, iron, lignans and omega-3 fatty acids, which can be helpful in halting hair loss.

Omega-3s and iron are both known to be great for our hair, as they can support a healthy scalp and can even stimulate hair growth!
