As much as I love the summer, I hate what it can do to our hair!
Spending a lot of time in the sun or pool or even spending too much time in air conditioning can all do some major damage to our hair.
Luckily there are many ways we can do some damage control and get our hair back into tip top shape for the fall.
Hair experts recommend doing a deep conditioning mask weekly in order to provide hair extra moisture and nourishment and we think the following simple yet effective hair masks will help bring your hair back to life.

1. Warm Olive Oil
Oils are an excellent way to restore and revive your hair.
Not only is it all natural, you’ve probably got plenty of it so you don’t have to go out of your way to create this super easy treatment any time you need it.
All you need for this treatment is 3-6 tablespoons of olive oil (depending on your hair length) and a shower cap or towel.
If you don’t have olive oil, you can substitute almond, sesame, or avocado oil.
Heat up the oil in the microwave or on the stovetop being careful not to overheat it.
You want the oil to be warm not hot!
Next, apply the oil all over from the root to the tips.
Put your hair up and cover it with a shower cap or a warm, wet towel and relax for 20-30 minutes.
Once your time is up, shampoo your hair well and admire your hair!
