Oils are an excellent way to restore and revive your hair. Not only is it all natural, you’ve probably got plenty of it so you don’t have to go out of your way to create this super easy treatment any time you need it. If you don’t have olive oil, you can substitute almond, sesame, or avocado oil. Heat up the oil in the microwave or on the stovetop being careful not to overheat it. You want the oil to be warm not hot! Next, apply the oil all over from the root to the tips. Put your hair up and cover it with a shower cap or a warm, wet towel and relax for 20-30 minutes. Once your time is up, shampoo your hair well and admire your hair!
